Principal's Message

A Word from Our Principal

Principal
It's genuinely something to watch our students step into the role of diplomat for a weekend — making their case, listening to the other side, and trying to find common ground. That's a harder skill than it sounds, and I'm proud of every delegate who puts in the work to prepare for it. I hope this conference gives you something to carry forward, long after the debate ends.

What Delegates Say

"A fun getaway where you can somehow end up yelling about geopolitics for two days straight and love every second of it. Made some good memories, said 'delegate' a bit too many times, 10/10 would do it again."
Jomills Jose Anand · Delegate 2018
"NewMUN gave me the chance to merge creativity with strategy. As the Head of Media and Marketing, I learnt to lead a team under pressure, build a strong online presence for the conference, and communicate ideas in ways that captured attention and engagement. It wasn’t just about designing or taking photos, it was about telling a story that made people want to be part of the event. NewMUN taught me the value of clear communication and proved that teamwork really DOES make the dream work."
Ryan Joseph Abraham · Delegate 2024
